Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

1. Operator

LaunchAudit is operated by DXBTOK Ltd, company number 16596613, registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of LaunchAudit and your purchase of the audit service.

2. Service description

LaunchAudit provides a business, offer, and landing page audit service. The audit may include a clarity review, trust review, funnel review, CTA review, mobile review, conversion-friction review, a list of priority fixes, and a rewritten hero section — delivered as a written PDF report by email.

3. No guarantee of results

The audit is professional guidance and opinion. LaunchAudit does not guarantee any specific business outcome, including revenue, profit, leads, sales, funding, investment returns, search rankings, advertising results, or conversion rate improvements. Results depend on many factors outside LaunchAudit's control.

4. Customer responsibility

The customer must provide accurate intake details, including the correct website URL, business context, and any other information requested in the intake form. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of the audit.

5. Delivery

The target delivery time is within 48 hours after payment is confirmed and the intake form has been submitted. The 48-hour window begins only after the completed intake form is received. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, and we will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are available before intake form submission, provided work has not started.

Once the intake form is submitted and LaunchAudit begins reviewing the page, preparing the audit, or producing the report, the service becomes non-refundable. This is because the service involves custom professional work that begins immediately upon intake submission.

If LaunchAudit fails to deliver the agreed audit, the customer should contact support@launchaudit.net for a resolution.

7. Custom digital service

The customer understands that LaunchAudit provides a custom digital audit service and that work may begin immediately after intake form submission. By submitting the intake form, the customer acknowledges this and agrees that the service becomes non-refundable at that point.

8. Intellectual property

The customer retains ownership of their website, business, and materials.

LaunchAudit retains ownership of its audit framework, templates, review methodology, and report structure. The customer may use the delivered audit internally for their own business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaunchAudit's liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific audit in question. LaunchAudit is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Contact
